    About Tech Expo 2016
    The Hearing Loss Association of America, California State Association (HLAA-CA) is hosting a hearing loss tech expo on October 8, 2016, in Belmont, California, for attendees to learn about the latest products and services for people with hearing loss. The expo will be open to the public, free of charge, and will be promoted through the HLAA-CA newsletter, HLAA-CA website, participating HLAA chapters in Northern California, hearing professionals, and several other avenues. People with hearing loss, their families, and their friends are welcome. Hearing professionals are also welcome.

    For each sponsorship, HLAA-CA will give $50 gift card prize to an attendee (names drawn randomly, maximum one prize per attendee). Exhibitors may also sponsor.

    The gold sponsor’s company logo (single color) will appear on one side of the expo attendee giveaway tote bags. Each expo attendee will receive a bag. Additional bags and leftover bags will be sent, after the expo, to all sixteen HLAA California chapters to distribute to their members at chapter meetings. Almost all HLAA chapter members have hearing loss or are involved in hearing loss.

    Cancellation Policy

    Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
    Registered exhibitors may cancel and receive 50% refund if cancellation is received in writing 90 days or more in advance of the tech expo’s date. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 90 days in advance. Registered exhibitors who have not paid must pay 50% of the exhibitor fee if cancellation is received in writing 90 days or more in advance of the tech expo’s date or pay the full exhibitor fee if cancellations are received less than 90 days in advance
