• Hearing Loss Tech Expo 2017 Exhibitor and Sponsor Attendee Bag Inserts Instructions

    Great Promotional Opportunity: Bag Inserts
    Each expo attendee will receive a bag; any additional/leftover bags will be sent to HLAA California chapters to distribute to their members at chapter meetings. As a tech expo exhibitor or sponsor, you may add up to three attendee bag inserts.

    What Are Attendee Bag Inserts
    Inserts may be brochures, collateral materials, or small promotional items (e.g., pens, notepads, flash drives, hand sanitizers, etc.) to be included in the expo attendee giveaway sports bags.

    How Many Inserts
    Please ship 300 attendee bag inserts (1-3 different types). Examples:
    Example 1: 300 brochures
    Example 2: 300 brochures and 300 pens
    Example 3: 300 brochures, 300 collateral materials, and 300 hand sanitizers

    Where to Ship the Inserts
    The shipping address for bag inserts will be emailed to exhibitors and sponsors in July.
    Please do NOT ship any material to HLAA-CA.
    Please do NOT ship any material to the expo location.

    Deadline
    Bag inserts must be received no later than August 31, 2017.
    Inserts after this date will not be inserted in the bags.
