Meeting Place	We try different restaurants in the San Fernando Valley. We have started to informally rate them by characteristics of importance to people with disabilities, such as noise level and lighting. We also consider service, food and other factors.
When do we meet?	Generally, we meet the 2nd Tuesday of the month. There are exceptions, depending on events we choose to attend. Contact Diane for more information.

Invitation	Our group is social, leisurely and fun. We talk about whatever comes to mind regarding our hearing losses. Some members have both hearing and vision loss, so we share coping tips. Come and join us for a relaxing afternoon.
Program	Thursday, March 13, 2008 We will be going to the CSUN Tech Fair exhibit hall (free admission) at the LAX Marriott, 5855 W. Century Blvd. Bring or buy a box lunch. Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. Applebee's restaurant, 9255 N. Winnetka Ave, Chatsworth Saturday, May 24, 2008 Memorial weekend picnic in Santa Monica with other HLA chapters. Watch for details.
