The Peninsula Chapter of SHHH meets the first Monday of the month (except July and August) at the Veterans' Memorial Building. Come socialize at 1:00 p.m. The meeting begins at 1:30 p.m.

A demonstration of devices to help you hear better, "The Rocky Stone Hearing Device Exhibit", is held the first Wednesday of the month (except July and August) at 10:30 a.m. in the Redwood City Library.

Evening meetings have been suspended until further notice.

From Fwy 101 take Woodside Road West turn off and go past El Camino Real to Valota Road and turn right. (There is a Lutheran Church on the right hand corner.) Go one mile to Jefferson and turn right. Go one block and turn right on St. Francis Street. Go directly into the driveway of Veterans’ Memorial.

From Fwy 280 take Woodside Road East turn off and go past Alameda to Valota Road and turn left. (There is a Lutheran Church on the left hand corner.) Go one mile to Jefferson and turn right. Go one block and turn right on St. Francis Street. Go directly into the driveway of Veterans’ Memorial.

Excellent parking in both facilities.

Our room is provided with an Assistive Listening Device so everyone can hear. In addition to the loop, we have real time captioning at most meetings.

Our own Sister Ann Rooney, MFT, a marriage and family therapist, will talk on "What can WE do to get more accommodations for hearing loss?"

Jim Haman will be our speaker. He will talk about the switch to all-digital TV and what it means to people with hearing loss.
